I know the summer is heating up and we don’t like to think about having hot stuff for breakfast. Wait, not THAT kind of hot stuff, you dirty bird (see what I did there?). I’m talking about temperature hot food. Not spicy-hot bedroom fun. Duh. What? I don’t know. I hope my mom never finds this.
Anyway, I’ve got a tasty porridge recipe to share. This puppy is quick, gluten free and vegan. So basically, it’s a dream come true for those of us who have hyper limited eating schedules. But, for those of you who can eat it, don’t poo-poo it. Well, at least not until after you eat it (I am on a roll today!). It’s super delicious. I swiped this recipe from my dear old pal, Chris P-W.
