Last night was the 70th annual Tony Awards, celebrating plays and musicals on Broadway this year. The Tonys is the only award show I ever watch where I feel like each actor and actress nominated for an award are genuinely rooting for each other. For those of us who don’t have easy access to the musicals and plays on Broadway (or its Netflix) it’s an inside look into what those shows actually look like on the stage (as opposed to what I am imaging in my head while have Hamilton on repeat).

So here are our some of our favorite songs from Tony award winning musicals from years past and from last night’s awards.
