Sunscreen is an essential step to protect your skin and help prevent damage. Be sure to apply every day, and that means even during the winter as well! Moisturize twice a day

In day to day life, people are exposed to UV and pollution and through incorporating antioxidants into your skincare routine you can help protect against these and give your skin a boost. Vitamin C is the most popular antioxidant amongst skincare products and routines to help protect the skin, and it can give the skin’s appearance a boost. 

Doing face exercises and using face tools on a regular basis are also very effective ways to prevent signs of aging. Facial massage either with a tool or simply with your fingers is also a great way to help reduce stress overall and, in your face specifically, which can in turn help your muscles relax and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
